LG has Announced 88 inch 8K OLED TV for CES 2018

If you’re planning to buy a 4K OLED TV,then LG has something special for you. Recently LG has announced the world’s first 88-inch OLED TV having 8K resolution display.

This new 8K LG OLED TV has a resolution of 7,680×4,320 pixels. LG previously launched a 98 inch LCD TV back in Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016. But this one is the only available OLED TV that combines size and pixel density in such an impressive fashion out there.

It’s is also a upgrade over the existing 77 inch one with 4K resolution that costs around $20,000. Right now also Samsung has an 88 inch 4K QLED TV that is also available for $20,000 in market.

But This new 8K TV from LG is an OLED one, so we can expect vivid color production,wide viewing angles and deep blacks. This resolution of this new 8K TV, is 4 times of available 4K TVs and 16 Times of available TVs with 1,080×1,920-pixel Full HD resolutions.

LG has not revealed any information about its pricing. For the cost of 8K panels we can expect it a little bit of expensive. This new LG’s 8K OLED TV will be unveiled in the CES 2018 on 9th January in Las Vegas.
