Developers of Windows Phone Internals aims to bring Android App support on Microsoft’s and Nokia’s all windows phones. Windows Phone internal 2.3 is a tool which supports to unlock the boot loader and flash custom ROM on all windows 10 based Lumia devices.
Yesterday, the developer Heathcliff has released the windows phone internal 2.3 which might bring the project astoria back which previously allowed the android apps installation on windows Lumia devices. In the launch video, Heathcliff has answered some FAQs about android on windows phones. The developer will be porting project astoria back to windows 10 mobiles.

However the developer has not showed any interest in installation of android custom roms on Lumia phones. “Instead of installing android on lumia, it’s a lot easier to purchase an android phone from Microsoft store”, Heathcliff said.
Microsoft launched the Project Astoria back in the year 2015 which allowed developers to use android app’s code to make windows apps as well as installing android apps on windows phone, while There is no mentioned timeline given by the developer to make this project happen again.
